Current Position Title: Member Service Representative - Teller 
Location:Corpus Christi Offices
Status: Part - time
Must be able to work Saturdays
Must be able to work a flexible schedule

 

Responsibilities:   

MSR’s must represent MFCU in a professional and courteous manner while performing essential member service functions. Must follow established procedures related to cash handling and transaction processing. Accountable for balancing cash drawer, managing transactions and verifying cash totals. Must be able to cross-sell products and services to meet a specified goal on a monthly and quarterly basis. Answer questions concerning members’ accounts and/or other services provided by MFCU.
 

Skills/Abilities:

  • High degree of accuracy
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to meet monthly sales goal
  • Basic knowledge of various office automation equipment
     

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Cash handling or sales experience
  • Prior customer service experience
